We are an established Property Company with over 500 properties across the North of England. We have 3 large blocks of flats in Yorkshire 2 in Bradford and 1 in Halifax.


We now need a hard working, honest and enthusiastic person with at least 2 years experience as a Caretaker/ Maintenance Person for our properties.


The job will include the following tasks:

  • Regular cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of the properties
  • Conducting viewings for potential Tenants
  • Allowing Contractors access to the Properties and assisting in supervising their activities
  • Minor repairs and refurbishments of flats
  • Dealing with emergencies such as leaks for Tenants either yourself or using Contractors
  • Experience of being able to handle a key system and ensure keys are safely handed out and returned.
  • Other jobs as required
In return we can offer a long term position with good prospects working with a friendly team.

You must have a clean driving licence and the ideal person would have their own vehicle to begin with although if things work out we will then provide a vehicle.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
