Office Manager
Overview:
Our client is a demolition company operating across Scotland the UK who is looking for an Office Manager who will lead the administrative, accounts, safety, and HR functions of the brand.
Benefits and pay range:
- £dependent on experience. Permanent, Full Time Position.
- Mon-Fri 9:00am5:00pm
- Edinburgh based
Responsibilities and Duties:
Administration
- Provide office administration support in line with GDPR compliance
- Implement, maintain, and update office processes and document control
- Diary management, accommodation booking
- Managing suppliers and accounts
Accounts
- Processing sales invoices and liaising with external bookkeeper
- Manage and schedule bank payments and weekly payroll
- Processing expenses
HSEQ
- Internal auditing and reporting while overseeing ISO and accreditations management
- Maintaining waste matrix and exposure monitoring levels
- Prequalification questionnaires
HR
- Assist with HR and recruitment administration
- Processing employee timesheets and overseeing security clearances of new starts
- Annual driver license checks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar office management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting systems (Xero)
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Follow through of tasks with accurate attention to detail
- Creative problem solver, proactive, able to seek out work and continuous improvements of inhouse processes and procedures
- Trustworthy and able to comply with confidentiality requirements
