The People & Culture team is looking for an efficient and motivated HR and Recruiting Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR and Talent Acquisition administrative duties.

You will facilitate daily HR functions such as dealing with employee records and supporting the interview process.

You will also perform other tasks with a focus to grow our talent pipeline, improve streamlining interviewing process, along with other ad hoc HR projects.


Responsibilities include - but not limited to:

  • Respond to any internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain and check our HRIS ticketing system to accurately distribute requests to designated HR team members.
  • Maintain records or personnelrelated data for all employees in our HRIS database.
  • Produce and submit all reports on HR general activity.
  • Coordinate all seminars and training sessions for the greater organization related to HR.
  • Assist in offboarding tasks as needed.
  • Update new employee records in HRIS for new hires.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions related to HR (Finance for payroll, and benefits, etc.)
  • Support all other functions in HR as needed.

A successful team member will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant HR administrative position.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge and ability in using MS Office (Sharepoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to use ATS software and HRIS.
  • Greenhouse and Bamboo experience is a plus.
  • Experience with sourcing database and tools.
  • NetDocs experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and crossfunctional skills across multiple departments.
  • Ability to handle all personal employee data with confidentiality.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
