The Job
As the Client Service Account Director your responsibilities will include:

Take ultimate responsibility for the account and client relationship
Lead and manage the account team ensuring excellence in delivery
Encourage an environment of creativity, pushing yourself, your clients and your team to go beyond the obvious
Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and longterm ROI.

You will have

A proven track record delivering excellence
Experience working with leading consumer brands
Previous experience managing senior clients providing best in class account handling, problem solving and relationship building
An ability to think strategically about marketing challenges, whatever the brief, audience or channel
