Description

A leadingtech business based in Bromley/Cannon Street are seeking an PA to join their fast-expanding team. This role is to support the Chief Executive in providing PA/Administrative function to facilitate smooth interaction withthe Management Team and Board.

Duties:


  • Managing the CEO's meeting schedule/diary, including room bookings along with equipment and refreshments where required
  • Managing all communications in a discreet and confidential manner
  • Maintaining a task allocation process for the Management Team on behalf of CEO
  • Typing letters, memos, agendas, minutes and reports which may include preparing tables, PowerPoint presentations and reading printed material to support the CEO
  • Preparing draft reports alongside the CEO
  • Liaising with colleagues to provide timely and detailed briefings
  • Dealing with internal and external correspondence and distributing to other functions
  • Providing research assistance on key topics, contracts or other matters when necessary
  • Checking and monitoring expenditure alongside liaising with the Chief Executive on rolling forecasts against budgets on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with colleagues and clients to ensure actions are met and issues resolved
  • Arranging travel for the CEO and the Management Team
  • Accompanying the CEO during travel to local meetings and engagements as required
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate databases

Required Skills / Competencies:


  • Experience within an administration support at a senior level
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to multitask
