Our client is looking for a bright & positive individualwho is passionate about working within property to join their supportive and collaborative organisation as a PA/Team Assistant.

Job Details:


  • PA/Team Assistant
- £28,000 - £32,000* Depending on experience + Annual Bonus

  • Full time, permanent
  • 9.00am 17:30pm


  • City of London

  • Hybrid working

Duties:


  • Taking ownership of diary management for some of the Directors.
  • Taking on PA duties for the Directors.
  • Managing the spending activity on the company credit card, booking travel & accommodation, and ordering office supplies.
  • Organising and planning company events.
  • Assisting with staff inductions and employee learning & development such as the booking of training courses.
  • Assisting with the creation of fun events, round table events, and showrooms as and when required.
  • Assisting the team when required.
  • General admin tasks.

Requirements:


  • Must have experience within the property industry.
  • Must have previous experience within a similar PA/Team Assistant role.
  • Knowledge of MS packages
  • Naturally organised and proactive.
  • Keen to share ideas and work as a team.
  • Professional, confident, bubbly, and personable.
  • Hard working, trustworthy, selfmotived and a strong work ethic
