POSITION TITLE:

MARKETING COORDINATOR

BRAND:
ESTEE LAUDER, Aramis & AERIN Beauty

***:

  • Manage business projects to support the Skincare, Makeup and Fragrance categories.
  • Management of key overarching lifecycle marketing activities. Coordinate the Product Marketing Team and facilitate the timely development of lifecycle marketing documents including Sellin pages, NPLs, Order Forms, NPD reports, Strategy Meeting and Conference presentations.
  • Coordinate the Product Marketing Team in controlling nonsaleable inventory
  • Collateral & Tester Excess and Self Service System.
  • Manage oncounter tech innovations and iPads rollout
  • Support for presentations and conference

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Support to Product Marketing team

  • Manage the seasonal Marketing Critical Path, aligning the team on all key deadlines and working backwards for team to achieve all necessary steps within time & budget.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, making sure it is uptodate and changes are communicated to the wider team
  • Coordinate with Product Managers on biannual sellin pages managing process from start to finish
  • Manage ongoing assortment update order forms with new products and price increases, as well as removing discontinued products. Communicate changes with wider EL team and manage pricing updates on counter with VM team.
  • Raise HTM/campaign tester orders as required.
  • Raise tester orders for new store openings and refits ensuring flagships and top tier doors open with no gaps on counter
  • Manage and track all selfservice tester requests & ensure the system is updated with newness.
  • Support PM team with redress requests (incl. QVC)
  • Lead Boots brief
  • Lead crosscategory initiatives with VM (i.e. Boots mini towers, H-Beauty saleable small unit, screen content, acrylic holders, etc)
Leading on-counter tech innovations

  • Work closely with the Global Retail Experience team on experiential activations and digital innovation on counter to create synergy between instore and online
  • Manage the back end of all UK Apps by localizing the content
  • Ensure all software is updated to be UK relevant and that updates are pushed to all devices on schedule
  • Responsible for consumerfacing & DTC iPad rollouts and maintenance
Budget, Pricing & Excess Focus

  • Lead Tester Budget, managing monthly actualisation with Demand Planner, supporting the PM team in testers needs and supporting the Product Marketing Manager in annual budget planning.
  • Manage the Product & Collateral Inventory by aligning the team on excess risks and stagnant collateral or product. Coordinating with PM/VM/Education teams & supply to provide timely updates and ensure mínimal excess.
  • Coordinate and support the Product Marketing team in the pricing strategy crosscategories, implementing annual pricing and new product pricing.
Drive Competitor Analysis & Result Reporting

  • Populate the Monthly Marketing Review with competitor analysis and collate information from across the marketing & field teams. Visit stores + retailer and brand sites regularly to provide insights on the cosmetics market, make recommendations & survey competition.
  • Produce ad hoc result reports as per global requests to assist Global planning / analysis across both internal and NPD prestige market data.
Prepare Retailer Seasonal Marketing Planning, Strategy Meetings & Conference

  • Support Product Marketing Team with coordinating and helping to prepare marketing presentations for seasonal Retailer Strategy meetings, Sales conferences, Global presentations and other internal meetings.
  • Lead the room layout for Retailer Strategy Meetings and Sales conferences, coordinating with the VM team
Additional responsibilities

  • Coordinate Department Meetings room booking, setup, agenda issue & minute taking.
  • Support Marketing & Consumer Engagement Director with diary management, flights booking, meeting rooms booking and Marketing team events planning.
  • Raise Purchase Orders as required.
  • Adhoc support as required (incl. FOC orders)

Qualifications POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:


  • Be educated to degree level or above;
  • Have experience within a marketing role, ideally within beauty, and be passionate about Estee Lauder, the beauty industry & consumer trends;
  • Be highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines;
  • Be selfmotivated, proactive/autonomous and keen to learn in a fast paced environment;
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills;
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail;
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel [Intermediate/Advanced Level, highly numerical], PowerPoint [Intermediate/Advanced, high level of creativity]);
  • Be reliable, committed and willing to go above and beyond as and when the brand requires.
