County Hall, Dorchester, combined with home-working:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Children's Services Workforce Development Team for a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration.

What you can expect to be doing:
Booking venues for agreed course dates.

  • Training & Events | Dorset Nexus
Monitoring and maintaining our virtual learning platforms to ensure the information is up to date and accurate.

Providing attendee information to training providers.

Occasional attendance at local training venues to support training and events.

Producing and sending evaluations and impact assessments.

Raising invoices for external customer recharges and paying invoices.


About you:

You will be someone who enjoys working in a busy role whilst being part of a supportive team.

You will be confident when communicating with others, have good digital skills, with a high attention to detail and organisational skills.

You will be positive, adaptable, proactive and willing to learn.
