Description
As a Project Administrator, you will provide critical support to the operation departments to ensure projects are managed seamlessly from inception to completion.
- Accountable as a team for coordinating the delivery of highvolume telecoms and IT projects.
- Assisting in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
- Identify and coordinate priority and standard works whilst being mindful of potential issues that may affect timescales.
- Assisting the project team with work planning and liaison with subcontractors
- Ensuring project files are kept up to date with latest drawings and completed works documentation.
- Place Network service orders and monitor installation of such.
- Prince 2 Foundation accredited.
- Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Procedure and Manual
- Previous experience in a fastpaced administrative role within the IT and Telecommunications sectors, ideally in a consultancy business
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail and ability to multitask
- Top notch time management skills with ability to prioritize
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package
- Working knowledge of Halo CRM system beneficial
