As a Customer Service Telephone Advisor you'll take calls from our diverse range of customers providing them with a great service.

You'll be responsible for giving updates on their account, to completing transactions over the phone to or dealing with any otherquestions or queries they may have.

You'll be helping by finding solutions for our customers, dealing with their call effectively and keeping up to date with our products, services and policies.

You'll also support customer enquiries through inputting information accurately and efficiently.

Asyou grow in the role we'll train and support you to deal with other queries like opening accounts or helping our customers through more challenging and / or sensitive situations.

Our full time roles are 35 hours a week working flexibly across the Contact Centre working hours Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm (Saturdays are normally 2 a month)

We're looking for customer focused people who are happy talking on the phone and like being busy You'll already have some recent experience in dealing directly with customers and providing a good service, but we can train you on our systems, products and services.

Being confident to talk to a wide range of different people is important, so you'll have good communication skills. You'll enjoy learning new things, being part of a team and will enjoy helping others out.

  • Start date for the role is the 6th _February and your first 4 weeks will consist of a mixture of training and support onsite to get you taking your first calls. _Once you're trained and comfortable in the role (up to 6 months) you'll revertto a hybrid working pattern. We'll ask you to at least spend two days a week (more if you prefer) with us in our brandnew building Coventry House, in Binley where you'll spend time with your team, enjoy free car parking, a selfservice restaurant, multi faith, wellbeing andgames room_
