We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to oversee new connections across the IWNL network. This is a full-time, office-based position in Cardiff.

We are ideally looking for someone with prior coordination experience, who has excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills. You must be able to use your own initiative and manage your own workload. Training on our systems and the company will be provided.

Responsibilities will include -

Ensure projects are progressed in line with agreed SLAs
Liaise with incumbent water companies and onsite contacts
Read and identify information required from site plans
Respond to customer queries
Ensure developers are responded to within the correct timeframe
Maintain and update information on multiple databases
