Description

We are partnering with a global gaming company to recruit a Financial Accountant on an initial 6 months contract. The business has operated in multiple countries across Europe and have recently started operating in the UK market. This is an integral roleforming part of a newly established entity, where you will produce accurate reports to support the finance function and business in understanding financial performance

As a Financial Accountant, your key responsibilities will be:

Prepare and manage the month and year-end process, posting journals and preparing reconciliations as required
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business and enter accounting adjustments as necessary
Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly financial statements
Support the cash flow forecast
Ad hoc analysis to ensure continual improvement
Ensure timely payroll
