RESPONSIBILITIES:
World Fuel Services currently requires an Allocator

Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels
Assisting with the planning of vehicles and/or manpower
Allocate flights to operators using i6 computer system to ensure refuellings are completed on time
Monitor ACDM for any flight changes ie aircraft changes, destination changes, stand changes
Amend i6 to reflect flight changes
Monitor ACDM for any delays attributed to refuelling
Investigate delays
Liaise with Handling Agent
Monitor i6 for any discrepancies in vehicle meters
Report any incidents or potential issues to Supervisor or Manager
Roster meal breaks for refuelling technicians
Ensure vehicle weekly checks are carried out and vehicle board updated
Ensure vehicles are refuelled in a timely manner
Assist in keeping vehicle defect board updated and vehicle allocation
Act as Fire Marshal for the operation
Prepare daily manning sheets from current roster
Working across a rota in support of a 7 day 24 hour operation

PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):

High level of computer literacy
Strong Customer Service Skills
Strong level of interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain an airside ID 5 years referencing essential
Ability to work alone
Proactive approach to safety procedures and Health and Safety within the Workplace
Current Driving Licence
