SEN Teaching Assistant - Erdington

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge?


I am currently recruiting for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant in Erdington with SLD, MLD and SEMH experience to join their team.

The is full time long term position.
They are seeking people that are graduates, Level 3 qualified or have experience of working with SEN children.

The role may involve personal care so will require someone who has worked in that area before.

As a SEN specialist you will be working alongside the class teacher and other support staff supporting pupils with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently.

You will be a source of support for pupils and will ensure they are motivated, happy and engaged.

The school caters for children with a wide range of needs including ,SEMH Needs etc. The school caters for pupils aged 4-18.


I am very keen to speak with specialist SEN Teaching Assistants, support staff, residential workers, youth workers etc with SEMH, SLD, MLD and behaviour experience who are perfect for this position.
