An exciting 5 month temporary opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a world-renowned prestigious London university


HR Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring work queues in the HR portal and processing work in order of priority
  • Resolving HR, Payroll and Pension queries by directing customers to available online help or using response templates
  • Responsible for checking and actioning data quality reports, where necessary.
  • Following all established procedures and utilising information systems as required, ensuring that customer queries are recorded and monitored
  • Escalating any Immigration or DBS Compliance queries to the HR Compliance Team for further advice
  • Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of all HR information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation and Codes of Practice
  • Supporting other HR teams as required

HR Administrator Essentials:


  • Strong administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience dealing with high volumes
