Description
Grounds and maintenance person in Willesley, Ashby. Part time role, 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday


SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Maintain the gardens and grounds to a residential property
  • Landscaping and plant management knowledge required
  • Be able to use general garden machinery, such as strimmers, mowers, hedge cutters, jet washing etc.
  • Basic maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry and basic electrical and plumbing tasks

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Gardening knowledge
  • Reasonable knowledge of DIY/ maintenance
  • Flexible hours
  • Honesty and reliability essential
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
