Description

A leading British Multinational distribution company is looking for a Senior Product Delivery Manager who is accountable for leading the end-to-end development and delivery of key customer requirements, through new product, service and feature improvements.


  • Salary on offer is 6065K
  • Occasional visit to the London office (negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Experience of waterfall is essential
  • Responsible for management of the largest and most complex product development deliveries from first conception to full market launch
  • Responsible for responding to significant customer needs by releasing crucial commercial product alterations quickly out to market
  • Develops, owns and manages endtoend detailed integrated delivery plans, encompassing all workstreams, all stages and all circumstances that could affect successful delivery
  • Manages customer opinion of products through development cycles, assessing products and act on any feedback
  • Facilitates competitor research and similar products for learning about users and a product's market
  • Management of the portfolio of change and the consolidated risk and mitigation to ensure product amendments and new features are delivered to market as scheduled
  • Ability to adhere governance

Experience and skills required:


  • Significant programme transformation and change experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and proven ability to build strong positive and collaborative working relationships
  • Experience managing customer, commercial and product market launches
  • Qualification desired, in formal programme management, e.g. APM, MSP
  • Experience in project management
  • Could be from a logistics background
