Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

OTE Year 1: £35,000_
OTE Year 2: £60,000_
OTE Year 3: £100,000_

The Company - Recruitment Consultant

This company was founded in 2014 by the two Directors who have over 30 years of experience between them in 4 different recruitment companies.

They have taken the best parts of their previous experience to create a business which very much follows the motto'work hard, play hard'.

This is a business where people stay. They have created an awesome culture where everyone gets on both in, and outside of work. They have a company football team and can often be seen down at the pub together

With an average deal size of around 8k, the average billers per consultant is £200k, meaning that you could be taking home around £50k in your first year During the pandemic this company were thriving, with most of their placements being in the IT/Infrastructurespace, meaning that they only got busier during the lockdowns, with no evidence of things slowing down anytime soon

The Role - Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant your role will include:

Business Development:_
Cold calling potential new clients
Building and maintaining relationships
Going to client meetings to keep up to date on hiring criteria
Writing and posting job adverts onto job sites such as Milkround, Reed, Indeed etc.
Networking/reaching out to people on LinkedIn
Screening CV's

The Requirements - Recruitment Consultant

Degree educated with a minimum of a 2:1 from a top 40 University
Background in sales is desirable, however not essential
Positive/cando attitude
Confident both on and off the phone
Resilient and hard working
Personable character and ability to build rapport
