As Barclays Regulatory Projects Manager, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be involved in defining and ensuring that the wider control framework across RIS is effective, fit for purpose and consistent across all teams.

The overall purposeof the role is to provide support with various key projects taking place within Risk Information Services

Hybrid Working

What will you be doing?:


  • Supporting with reviewing EUDA remediation plans and monitoring progress of remediation activities
  • Supporting with BIV projects
  • Collaborating with various RIS teams in determining remediation ownership for any new EUDAs
  • Supporting with the AXIS UAT Framework process
  • Ensuring JIRAs are being tested within the UAT sprints that they are assigned to
  • Liaising with RIS teams to ensure any backlog of untested JIRAs is cleared as quickly as possible
  • Reviewing the AXIS UAT process to ensure all parties are focusing on the agreed requirements
  • Supporting with any new issues that may require thorough investigation, with the aim of finding best possible solutions

What we're looking for:


  • A graduate or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience of operating controls and setting up control frameworks
  • Good abilities across MS-Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate at all levels

  • Display a willingness to learn through research, enquiry, and escalation
