Description

This role would suit an individual who has previous experience of working in a distribution/warehouse environment or has maintenance experience.

The ability to drive a 7.5 ton truck would be an advantage.

You will be responsible for helping the team with the following duties:

Operating waste processing equipment and machinery, including incinerators and autoclaves. Assist in the care and maintenance of plant and machinery.
To assist in the loading / unloading of vehicles
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the yard and garden at all times
To ensure all Company documentation and records are completed accurately and according to Company procedures
Keep the stores area tidy and well stocked. Pick and pack orders for delivery.
Provide cover for driver / cremator operator holiday and sickness ( this may involve shifts, nights, weekends and bank holidays)

This is a permanent position working 40hrs per week, usually Monday-Friday 8.00am -5pm however, the successful applicant will need to be flexible to provide holiday cover for 12 hour continental shifts.

A full driving licence is required for this role and the ability to drive 7.5 ton truck will be an advantage.
