Description

As an Operations Team Member, you are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day processing activities, as allocated by the Operations Supervisor/Manager of the manufacturing, despatch or goods in areas, are conducted in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.

These processing activities are allocated based on individual skill levels and business needs, to a defined planning schedule.

Some key responsibilities of Operations Team Members are as follows:

  • Understanding & Following Defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensuring Tasks are Completed Safety
  • Maintaining Housekeeping & Workplace Organisation Standards
  • Identifying & Highlighting Processing Issues
  • Working Together as a Team
  • Undertaking Agreed Training & Development
  • Active Participation in Problem Solving to Improve Operational Performance


The Operations Team Members complete their allocated tasks and activities, as defined, to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) in terms of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency and Delivery are consistently achieved.

£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
