The Best Connection are currently seeking van drivers to work for a variety of clients in and around the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area.

We offer roles that include but are not limited to the following:

  • Vehicle delivery
  • Food delivery
  • Product delivery
  • Parcel delivery
You do not need your own van

Perfect for individuals seeking any of the following:

  • Full time roles
  • Part time roles
  • Weekend work
  • Roles to fit around current employment
  • Roles to fit around education
  • Roles to keep busy throughout semi or full retirement
We can even cater to individuals seeking 1 day a week

You tell us what days you are available, and we'll endeavour to keep you busy.

You will be paid weekly (every Friday)


Start times:
Range between 05:00 - 08:00

Temporary workers will receive a minimum of 8 hours pay per day, even if you finish early


Pay Rates:
£ £13.50 per hour dependent on shift and nature of the role.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Driving Licence (category B)

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
