IN2Consult / Accounts Assistant / up to £30,000 pa / 2 days of remote working per week / Shepherd's Bush
IN2consult is working with a IT & Software company based in Shepherd's Bush who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities -
- Coding and inputting purchase invoices
- Credit Card Expense Administration
- Maintaining/Managing AP Ledger using Xero
- Processing Expenses in Xero and Pleo
- Preparing Prepayments
- Maintain and Manage the Accounts inboxes
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Posting Bank transactions on a regular basis
- Manage Fortnightly Payment Runs
- Preparing Sales Invoices
- Assisting with month end
- Supporting other office and finance administrative duties where required
- Updating and maintaining the Fixed Asset Registers
- Filing, dealing, and resolving queries
- Dealing with other ad hoc duties as necessary
Skills -
- Strong level of communication
- History of AP & AR experience
- Background in IT/Software would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Xero would be very beneficial
- Strong understanding of MS Excel is essential
