Description

Customer Service and Finance Assistant required for expanding business in Lancing.

The role will be to provide customers with an exceptional level of service, including handling and resolving delivery issues and other queries, taking orders and processingthem, dealing with enquiries, preparing quotes, operating the switchboard.

The role will also include assisting the Finance Manager and taking responsibility for posting customer receipts and statements, chasing unpaid invoices and dealing with queries.

Salary c £27,500 pa plus benefits
