Incident Manager or Jeopardy Manager. - Basingstoke, Hampshire

IT Solutions Provider with over 30 years' experience to both the Private and Public sector are looking for an Incident Manager or Jeopardy Manager to join the team and help assist with the SLA delivery to several key clients working in conjunction with thevarious Service Delivery Managers of the organisation.


The successful Incident Manager or Jeopardy Manager will need 3 years' experience in a similar role and have worked with a range of clients including ideally some that require Security Clearance.

This role is a hybrid role coming into the office 3 days aweek and will require travel to London for one of the major clients.

Experience required will include

  • Previous experience working for an IT Solutions or Managed Service Provider as an Incident Manager or Jeopardy Manager.
  • Knowledge ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and risks are constantly being assessed.
  • Experience acting as a primary point of contact on specific projects including leading management meeting with the SDM's.
  • Experience attending management meeting presenting at board level.
  • Full driving license.
