Learning Support Assistant


Location:
Calcot, Berkshire


Pay Rate:
£89 - £100 per day


Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE English & Maths


Experience:

Previous experience working with primary education


This is a full time, fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development of primary school students


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oneonone or small group support to students with varying educational needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Offering additional help to students with reading, writing, and numeracy tasks.
  • Promoting a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE English & Maths.
  • Previous experience working with primary education is highly desirable.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
