_Production Operative & Warehouse Operative - up to £23,000 - Permanent - Wrexham_

Shift: 1 week - 4 days (12 hours) and 2nd week 3 night (12 hours) NO WEEKENDS
Due to expansion my client is looking for Warehoue Operatives to work in their new production facility in Wrexham, North Wales

Operators Tasks will include the following:

Regularly cleaning of machinery and production area
Checking availability consumable materials/goods
Ensuring the availability of packing materials/consumable materials and PPE.
Reporting any insufficient availability of materials to the Supervisor
Adjusting the production process, setting the parameters based on the required specifications
Controlling the production process and performing appropriate operational interventions where necessary, in line with standard operating procedures
Filling bags and packing products in conformity with the right specifications.
Identifying errors, defects, or unusual functioning of the production installation
Inspecting the technical condition of the production machinery
Receiving raw materials and placing these in storage and performing the paperwork correctly
Monitoring the quality of incoming goods, notifying the Supervisor if necessary. Where possible, independently correcting any deviations but always reporting these to the Supervisor/Manager
Correct labelling of products
Receiving and the marking up of finished and raw materials

Operators must have the following skills:

Good Level of literacy
Good level of computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Forklift Licence desirable
Experience in working in a food manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not necessary
