Dynamic opportunity to join an early-stage and rapidly expanding gaming development company backed by the world's leading gaming organisation with extremely exciting growth plans.


As an Fast Track CRM Operations Manager, you will specialise in understanding the interaction between the brand and its customer to act as a liaison and grow the strategy while providing useful insights to the wider business.


Responsibilities:


  • Devise, implement and manage customer and data led CRM and automation programmes to deliver customer retention and frequency.
  • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive more prospects and new customers.
  • Develop CRM reporting templates, tracking all marketing, customer metrics and trends detailing all customer interactions with the brand.
  • Conduct market research to follow trends and track competitor activity, industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations.

Experience & Requirements:


  • Proven experience using Fast Track CRM role.
  • Strong communication skills along with a customeroriented attitude.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making.
  • Experience within the iGaming industry is desired but not essential.

- £30K-35K
