We are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist with a proven track record to join one of the largest practices in the UK that possess 300 members of staff across a collective of 9 studios throughout the UK.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be expected to manage client relationships as it is a key aspect of this job role, involving essential tasks such as running multiple projects - from inception to completion, managing fees, becoming involvedin a project at any stage of the process and being capable to input ideas with the mínimal briefing.

It is vital that you have advanced knowledge of Revit and can positively manage and monitor the financial performance of projects.


The Position:
Architectural Technologist

  • Lead project teams and manage a small team within the studio.
  • Desire to develop construction techniques.
  • At least 2 years of experience in practice.
  • Work on large and complex projects.
  • Communicate with a range of internal and external clients including coordinating with other consultants.
  • BIM and NBS experience
  • Ability to resolve technical challenges accurate technical info.
  • Comply with legal, statutory and design requirements.
  • Interpersonal skills effective teamwork & communication
  • Write specifications.
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and the Regional Director.
The salary for this position is £23K to £33K+ (DOE).
