Main responsibilities:

  • Generate interest in working with the organisation through innovative and creative mechanisms beyond just standard job posting
  • Help to craft and post job descriptions on job forums, internal job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Help to maintain an active pipeline of referrals from internal and external employees.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with direct sourcing
  • You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity in the hiring process
  • Experience of using multiple innovative sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Further language skills are a strong advantage, especially French or German.
  • Ability to work in a highgrowth, fastpaced environment.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Autonomous work style: take ownership and know how to prioritise.
  • Highly ambitious, selfmotivated and passionate about our vision.
