Our Resourcer role is challenging, varied and fast paced.

You will need to bring drive and enthusiasm to identify, attract and engage high quality early education team members for a wide range of roles and nurseries.

This role brings the opportunity to help shape how we approach sourcing with a particular focus on searching and engaging with qualified early years professionals with the right fit for LEYF.

This role is available as a fixed term contract. Length of time is negotiable but currently envisioned for 12 months. Flexible working patterns are possible. Two days a week will be required with the team in our central office and three from home.
