What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Our role is to assist our clients live as independent as possible in their own homes.

You will help them with activities of daily living including:

Assist clients with maintaining their hygiene needs as outlined in their individual care plan.
Nutrition; support with meal planning and preparation. Assist with eating and drinking
Medication Support; prompting or administering medication
Community: This includes supporting with shopping, attending activities, attending medical or other appointments
