The Role:


  • My client is a very large independent family run recruiter who has more than 60 branches around the UK, continuing with their growth plans they are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their newly opened Bristol branch. This position will contribute to the growth of their wellestablished and fastgrowing divisions. They have experienced significant growth in recent years and are looking for individuals who share their drive and ambition.

Responsibilities:_

  • Engage in business development and sales activities through phone calls and onsite visits to client projects. Presentations at Head Office meetings may also be required.
  • Take ownership of existing key clients, nurturing and strengthening relationships.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve career and earning goals.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service.

Requirements:_

  • An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within any sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales, networking, and/or client development.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong commercial business acumen.
  • Ability to overcome objections and display persistence.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
  • Quick and efficient responsiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
  • Full UK driving license.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
