We're looking for a Site Administrator/Receptionist to join our Kier Construction team in York.

Responsibilities


As a Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Construction Team, supporting them in providing full secretarial and administrative support to the site-based staff.


Your day to day will include:

  • General duties looking after our front of house reception; welcoming and taking care of visitors, keeping tidy and liaising with security where necessary
  • Managing stock levels and placing orders for PPE, stationery and other office consumables
  • Administer our goods received process and recording of details for environmental data management
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared as well as help set up and support site events on occasion

Who are we looking for?
This role of Site Administrator is great for you if have:

  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Computer literate, especially word, excel and powerpoint.
