Hartlepool Virtual School is a team of professionals that work alongside schools, other educational settings and social care to ensure that Hartlepool's vulnerable pupils receive an education which meets their individual needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to become part of our Virtual School Team.

We are looking for an Education Officer who will support the Virtual School Head teacher to ensure that the Local Authority meets all of its priorities and statutory responsibilities in relation to the education of vulnerable Children and Young People in order to raise educational standards, promote inclusion and wellbeing and so improve life chances young people.
