Barker Munro Recruitment has a new role for Surveying Technical Advisor to work with the Head Office of this successful Claims management insurance organisation.

Have you worked in Plumbing, Carpentry, Bricklaying, or the Building industry and now seeking an office based role? My client is happy to provide training to gain the insurance knowledge if you have experience in the building/construction industry.

This office based role will involve assisting the insurance policyholders with any building related queries in relation to their claim and progress the claim as efficiently as possible.

You will also provide technical support for the Claims Team and help improve their understanding of the building industry.

You will be trained to progress and finalise Buildings insurance claims, which will include updating reserves, offering cash settlements, instructing Contractors, and closing claims as required.

The successful applicant will offer outstanding customer service and ensure all decisions are clear and concise in all methods of communication to both our Policyholders and Suppliers.

Working hours are 37.5 hours a week. You need to have passed your Maths and English in Secondary education.
