Our client is a medical supplies manufacturer based in South Liverpool looking to add an Account Manager to assist with managing key clients.

The Role

As a Telephone Account Manager you will be required to manage an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve agreed occupational health solution sales and margin targets whilst consistently retaining profitable customers.

You'll also be responsible for the identification of new sales opportunities and marketing the companies services to these prospective clients, ensuring growth year on year.

Other duties will include;

  • Developing successful business partnerships across personal customer base whilst also maintaining a value added service to ensure successful trading relationships.
  • Using a consultative sales process to increase gross profit and identifying where the business can grow through presentation of a thorough product and service portfolio.
  • Creation and delivery of future plans to develop key accounts
  • Demonstrable experience in both account and client management
  • The capacity to communicate information, clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate language and channels for the intended audience.
  • The ability to build trust, respect and rapport quickly, at all levels.
  • Adaptability and resilience when facing changes to the business and industry.
  • A complete understanding of the sales and business development process, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
