Clyde Vet Group Veterinary Receptionists Required - Lanark.Part Time and Full Time vacancies available.
Starting hourly rate to £10.50 p/h (over 23's).
An opportunity has arisen within our Lanark practice for veterinary receptionists serving our small animal and farm animal clients. There are a variety of hours available.
This crucial role is the first point of contact for our clients and their animals.
We are passionate and hard-working, and our goal is to deliver outstanding levels of client and animal care, which requires excellent teamwork from all of our caring team.
These roles primarily involve:
- Meeting clients and their pets
- Dispensing medicine orders
- Booking and triaging appointments
- Excellent customer service
- Processing payments
- Stock rotation and ordering
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception for clients
All roles will include a Saturday rota (when fully trained).
