Job Description Job Title:
Sales Advisor (Apprentice)

Job Purpose

Provides first-class sales/customer service by answering any questions the customer might have about our Insurance products.

Acts as a liaison between customer and insurer, expertly advising and selling product(s) to customers that meet their demands and needs.

  • Call Centre Manager Primary Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates advanced sales and products knowledge
  • Ensuring all calls are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively identifying customer complaints
  • Participates in team meetings to ensure adherence to best practices and continuing expectations
  • Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Preparation for one-to-one reviews
  • Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
  • Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
  • Assists other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers
  • Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers
  • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
  • Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell
  • Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures ensuring compliance and competence
  • Adhere and support to any requirements in relation to audit requests
  • Develops and adheres to own personal objectives and targets within agreed timescales
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by Management and/or senior staff
  • The job holder must accept and partake in priority training necessary to ensure they have full awareness of FCA rules in relation to the Sales and Service process.
