Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Integration Centre Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced and growing team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support various integration projects by being the managing and tracking all inventory that comes to our facilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess some experience with configuration services.

Your attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills will be crucial in determining the priorities, goals, and objectives of each assigned project.

As a detail-oriented and data driven individual you will be expected to have excellent organization skills. Additionally, you should have excellent multi-tasking abilities, follow-up skills, and the capability to execute assignments efficiently.


Working both independently and collaboratively, you will demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively work in a team environment and under general supervision.

Your understanding and adherence to PMI principles will be essential in supporting multiple projects simultaneously while providing accurate tracking/status updates and ensuring timely closeouts.

The IC Project Coordinator reports to the Program Manager - IC Delivery - Europe. This position can be based in Barnsley, UK.

Responsibilities:


  • Submit, manage, and review inventory for all Europe Integration Center Projects
  • Attend internal calls, kickoff calls, and customer facing meetings to assist with successful delivery and operational excellence of projects
  • Assist with order entry queries to ensure accurate placement of orders in AX by sales
  • Create variants and linking variants so orders are properly entered in AX
  • Creation of service SKUs for relevant Integration Center Projects
  • Send prealert to Colocation warehouse as required so they are aware of expected inventory and can receive items
  • Work with project manager on Problem Log to resolve all issues and escalate concerns to appropriate leadership
  • Coordinate and oversee customer projects once they have been onboarded and considered in production
  • Frequently updating customers on progress or issues of orders and services
  • Regularly communicate status of work to manager via 1 on 1s, OneNote updates, team meetings, etc.
  • Escalation of issues and concerns to project managers or appropriate leadership
  • Communicate instructions on internal process for new and existing work to inside sales teams
  • IC Delivery SharePoint site documentation management and maintenance
  • Lead Operational calls as required once projects have been onboarded and considered in production or BAU.
  • Document and resolve day to day issues and risks associated with the project once it has been onboarded.
  • Report larger issues to project manager for resolution and guidance.
  • Process AX orders and complete modifications to AX orders for IDCS projects
  • Rectify inventory discrepancies for Colo and SHI facilities
  • Provide regular inventory reporting for Colo and SHI facilities.
  • Manage the transfer of inventory from Colo Locations to SHI facilities.
  • Oversee all queries to the ICDelivery team alias.
  • Assist leadership with internal projects/initiatives as requested.
  • Assist sales with the liquidation of aged inventory.
