Key purpose of job


Supporting the Project Manager in the design, execution and management of internal change projects ranging from process design, systems implementation, and operational improvement plans.

Coordinate and take responsibility for effective product migration and product release operational plans.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Assist with the progression of Juniper projects to a delivery orientated, customer centric culture
  • Support with the implementation of multiple change management projects to achieve the One Juniper integration.
  • Support the project manager in working closely with operations and product teams, ensure that product releases and migration projects are managed effectively. Owning the go to market, staff and customer engagement plans of this strategy is critical to the success of the wider Juniper growth strategy.
  • Support with the design, execution and management of internal change projects ranging from process design, systems implementation, and operational improvement plans.
  • Using effective project management strategies, ensure that all deliverables are achieved, and projects objectives realised on budget and on time.

Other responsibilities

  • Taking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments
  • Communicating with stakeholders to continuously define project objectives
  • Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule
  • Assisting and supporting the project manager.
  • Controlling the project schedule.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.

Job Types:
Temporary contract, Fixed term contract


Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
