Are you passionate about storytelling and developing engaging content to help drive change?

We are seeking a

for J.P. Morgan Payments and is responsible for conceptualizing, writing and editing content, including articles, trends and insights, that are engaging, aligned to key content themes and business priorities both for and on behalf of the region, and help shape how we tell our story in an engaging, differentiated way.
**Job responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce compelling content for B2B and B2C payment decision makers across a wide range of company sizes and industries throughout EMEA.
  • Create, maintain, and execute content strategies and editorial calendars for regional marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with campaign managers and product marketers.
  • Create engaging thought leadership stories and persuasive messaging to drive engagement, brand awareness and action.
  • Partner with other marketing leadersincluding EMEA regional marketing, campaign managers, channel owners, and product & industry marketingto write engaging content and develop content plans that increase engagement among our target audience and supports campaign messaging and goals.
  • Become versed in brand standards and customer segments (needs, motivations, challenges, voice), and tailor voice and messaging for audience segments, including localization and translation of content for market nuance, relevance and impact.
  • Own, champion and govern the voice, tone and style guidelines for J.P. Morgan Payments.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant content and writing experience, including developing crosssegment and audiencedrive content strategies.
  • Exceptional editorial and storytelling skills, including writing and editing short
- and long-form content, infographics, video scripts, and more.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to build collaborative relationships and effectively partner across teams, functions and levels. Foreign language (written, spoken) in major European language an advantage.
  • Able to gather, interpret and incorporate feedback from a large group of stakeholders
  • Proven endtoend project management with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility equally comfortable working independently and as a team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience writing for B2B, B2C audiences or in financial services, business, technology, payments, ecommerce
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or other related degree.
  • Experience with project management and digital content production tools: Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and Associated Press (AP) style. Strong familiarity with SEO best practices.
