Description

The post holder will have overall operational responsibility for ensuring that the Medical Care Group Team has sufficient medical cover to meet service demands.

They will work closely with Clinical Teams to ensure that all medical rotas within the Care Group are EWTD & New Deal compliant and produced in a timely and efficient manner utilising both existing & temporary staff in the most appropriate and cost effective manner

They will provide an efficient & effective service to the Trust and ensure robust plans are in place to develop and improve the administrative role in line with new medical rota practices.

The post holder should have equivalent experience to degree level and relevant experience. They should also be motivated and pro-active in their role and able to work flexibly across both sites. Willing to meet the performance criteria set out in the job description and undertake personal and professional development.
