Summary of This Role:


Provides skilled administrative assistance through a broad range of assignments in support of the facilities department and the company while planning and prioritizing schedules and calendars.

Creates move tools for new hires and transfers. May generate purchase orders, work orders, change tickets, invoices, expense reports, and track expenses. Checks equipment for damages or needed repairs and tracks repair completion. Assists project managers with special needs or set ups for meetings, trainings, etc. Serves as primary contact or back up contact to primary contacts for specifically assigned tasks within facilities. May assist or head various research projects and provide results to management.


What Part Will You Play?:


  • Assists team members with basic inquiries/requests to include entering maintenance request tickets, reserving conference rooms or travel (in select locations), placing equipment orders or fulfilling other real estate requests (i.e. relocation, move tools) through various systems.
  • Collects and maintains facilities related purchase orders and invoices. Assists in ordering basic materials from a given list of required items (i.e. building supplies, janitorial supplies) for maintenance or facility updating projects through online ordering or phone purchases, as directed.
  • Enters data into either the maintenance request system, move tool, SharePoint or other systems. Assists in generating standard reports of facilities activities, for management review, as directed.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Typically No Relevant Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
  • General office/administrative
