We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Secretarial Assistant to join the Oral & Maxillofacial Team within the Head & Neck Unit at Peterborough City Hospital.
To assist in the provision of an efficient, responsive and flexible service to support the secretarial team, consultants and their medical team, to assist in the smooth running, participation and efficient organisation of the daily routine duties in the Oral & Maxillofacial department.
To provide a high volume of accurate and comprehensive typing of clinical letters, paying attention to detail at all times.
To ensure the provision of the patient pathways, which is receptive to the needs of the patient and responsive to Trust requirements and national and local targets.
To ensure excellent customer service by dealing with incoming telephone queries appropriately and in a timely manner, upholding confidentiality at all times.
