Property Manager

This position is being offered with an OUTSTANDING salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience and you having the ARLA qualification and some Block Management experience. For Property Managers without
Block Management experience the salary is still up up £30,000.**-
You will mainly be dealing with Residential Property Management however, the Block Management portfolio is growing with a handful of blocks at the present time.

You will work full time Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6.00pm

Property Manager

The Role:

Dealing with repair and maintenance issues
Carrying out property inspections and compiling inspection reports for landlords alongside the Inventory Clerk
Booking gas, electric and EPC certificates
Contacting utility companies
Organising move in and move out of tenants
Organising cleaning companies
Administration duties
General property management duties
Booking contractors to carry out the works.
Speaking to landlords and tenants on a regular basis
Dealing with legislation including EPC, electric, health and safety, gas

Property Manager

Inspections
Landlord licenses
Serving notices
Court eviction paperwork
Attending court experience
Jupix software experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be given
All notes must be taken of all calls and repairs on software system
Time management is very important
You must be very organised and have good IT knowledge and know how to prepare excel spreadsheets
Typing skills a must and a good typing speed
Must be able to work on your own initiative
Working under pressure is a must as you will need to be able to deal with different tenancy scenarios
Understanding of the new reform for Section 21's is very important
Car driver and owner is required.

ARLA (Propertymark)
Exams passed would be preferred but not essential.

Remuneration:

Up to £35,000 dependent on experience and you having the ARLA qualification and some Block Management experience. For Property Managers without Block Management experience the salary is still up up £30,000.
