Training programme

Role Information:

Within this graduate programme, you will be trained through every element of working within recruitment.

This will start at the very infancy, gaining the basic understanding of each role (compliance, resourcing, client service, client visits, sales, salesconferences).

Through every area you will be given both internal and external training to ensure you feel 100% confident and competent.

Recruitment is a 360 job, and you will need to knowledge and understanding of every process to become an effective Consultant.

Following this training, you will be designated a geographical area alongside clients.

This will be in essence be your very much your own business, where you can build upon your salary as well as earning a vast amount of commission (Veritas Education commissionstructure is unparalleled by any other local agencies).

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION

Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained

You must be willing to attend a registration interview
