As a Helpdesk Support, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to hospital staff and visitors who require assistance with IT-related issues.

This will involve troubleshooting technical problems, answering inquiries, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Your main goal will be to ensure that all IT-related problems are resolved efficiently and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to hospital operations.

In this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be interacting with a wide range of individuals on a daily basis.

You must be able to remain calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet to provide timely solutions to IT problems.

Attention to detail is also crucial, as you will be responsible for accurately documenting all support requests and resolutions.

Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer service role is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment. Training will be provided to familiarize you with hospital policies, procedures, and IT systems.
