As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support their CEO in driving the company's success.

Job Summary
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in managing the administrative and operational functions of the CEO's office.
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the CEO and various stakeholders, as well as managing the CEO's day-to-day schedule and providing assistance with important tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and ensure the CEO is wellprepared for all engagements.
- Travel and
Event Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, for the CEO and other members of the executive team as necessary.
Plan and organize company events and meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and on-site coordination.- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents, including contracts, financial data, and personnel matters.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the CEO, take detailed meeting notes, and follow up on action items. Assist the CEO in preparing presentation materials and reports for various meetings and presentations.
- Project Support: Provide support to the CEO on various strategic initiatives and special projects. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Act as a primary point of contact for the CEO and ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting Clevel executives in fastpaced environments. Experience in the retail/venue industry is a plus.
- Organization and
Time Management:
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate complex calendars and schedules.
- Communication and Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including calendar management, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
