Service Advisor

Chelmsford

Monday - Friday, Saturday on a rota.

£26,000 + OTE
Affinity search are helping our client in Chelmsford find a new and experienced Service advisor to join their team.
You will be joining this customer focused role with support from a friendly and welcoming team.

About the position

A large part of the Service Advisor position involves:

  • Acting as the face of the business
  • Greet customers and check them into servicing appointments.
  • Liaise with technicians and parts advisors to get said progress information
  • The upselling of additional products services
  • Prepare and complete Invoices
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the whole process
Our client expects their new Service Advisor to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:

  • Be customer focused and passionate
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
  • Great teamwork skills.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
